Shipping & Processing Policy

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. All items are hand-poured and packaged with care to ensure quality and freshness.

We only ship Monday through Thursday to prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Warm Weather Notice (for Body Butters):

During summer months, all body butters are frozen and shipped with ice packs to help maintain their consistency. However, due to high temperatures and possible shipping delays, melting may still occur. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Simply place the butter in the fridge for a few hours to restore its texture.

We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery to reduce exposure to heat. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!
