During the warmer months, we take extra care to ensure your products arrive in great condition. All body butters and temperature-sensitive items are packed with ice packs and insulated bubble wrap to help prevent melting in transit.

However, please note:

• These precautions may not be fully effective in extremely hot climates or during extended delivery times.

• We recommend bringing your package indoors immediately upon delivery.

• If your product arrives softened or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for a few hours—it will solidify again without losing its benefits.
