Understanding your numbers helps you make stronger business decisions. In this class, we’ll explore revenue, expenses, profit, cash flow, and pricing. We’ll also discuss grants, loans, crowdfunding, and preparing your business for funding opportunities, including how to clearly explain what you need and how you’ll use it.

You’ll leave with a basic business budget, a funding readiness checklist, and a draft statement explaining your funding needs.
